Policy on Order Modification at Tessiland®

We are constantly committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying. It is important for us that you are informed and prepared regarding order management on our site. Therefore, we would like to share some crucial guidelines regarding order modification after their confirmation.

Order Confirmation and Modification

At the time of confirming your purchase, we commit to preparing your order with the utmost care and speed. To ensure an efficient process, we are unable to make changes, additions, or substitutions to orders once confirmed. This includes modifying items, quantities, or shipping information.

1. Impossibility of Post-Confirmation Modification

Once the purchase is confirmed on Tessiland®, it is not possible to make changes, additions, or substitutions to the order. This includes variations of ordered items, quantities, or shipping information. The only possibility, if an order has been confirmed and paid for, is to cancel the order and then place a new one (provided it's done within 2 hours of completion)

2. Window for Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing phase. A 2-hour window from the order confirmation is granted to request cancellation. Cancellation must be done by contacting our phone support.

This rigidity is necessary to ensure a flow in preparation that could penalize orders in processing, which is why we ask for a little attention in checking the submitted order.

2.b Special Cases CANCELLATION WITH 3-INSTALMENT PAYMENT MODE:

In the case of payment in 3 instalments, (and after the payment of the first instalment), it is not possible to proceed with a refund (except after payment of all 3 instalments). Therefore, in case of cancellation in this specific case, it is preferable to generate a voucher for the amount of the originally placed order (which the user will continue to pay as chosen). If in doubt, Tessiland Support is always available to resolve any issues and dispel any doubts.

3. Management of Orders in Processing

Once the order is in processing, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the cancellation. In this scenario, the only available option will be to wait for the order to be received and, if there is an error, proceed with a RETURN.

4. New Orders

If it is necessary to modify an order already in processing, the only remedy is to complete the receipt of the first order and then place a new order for the desired items.
