Due to delivery challenges and the lack of guarantees from couriers during Christmas week, Tessiland is also taking a short break!
Shipping will be suspended from December 21, 2024, and will resume on January 2, 2025.
It will still be possible to place orders during this week, knowing that orders will be processed strictly in chronological order and THE SPEEDY OPTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Thus, on January 2, we will begin processing orders placed on December 21, and so on.

I have points to redeem from my fidelity card. How do I proceed?
If you have accumulated points that allow you to unlock one of the tiers of €30, €60, or €100 (learn more on the TESSILAND GIFTS PAGE), you will be able to generate the voucher UNTIL December 31, 2024. The VOUCHER is valid for 30 DAYS from the date it is generated, so it can also be used in January 2025.
I'm just a few points away from a gift. Until when can I place an order?
Points are managed automatically by the system, which adds the points generated by the order ONLY at the time of shipment. This is why it is ESSENTIAL to ensure that the package is shipped by December 20 to generate the points.
It is important to carefully calculate the likely shipping date.
Here’s a small example to make it clearer: since TESSILAND will ship orders until DECEMBER 20, 2024, it is necessary to ensure compliance with the deadlines allowing shipment before that date. Therefore, if I place an order with STANDARD SHIPPING (which requires 48-72 hours for processing) to generate points on the 2024 fidelity card, I must place my order at least 72 hours before the final deadline; with EASY SHIPPING or selecting a courier, at least 48 hours before, and only with SPEEDY SHIPPING (before 12:00 PM) might it be feasible to "risk" December 19.
We recommend avoiding last-minute orders, as the system is automatic, and we would be sorry to receive complaints for issues we have explained repeatedly and are clarifying again here.
If I place an order and it’s not shipped in 2024, what happens to the points?
If the order is shipped in January 2025, the points will be credited to the 2025 Fidelity Card! This means that if I place an order from December 23, 2024, onwards, I can be sure to receive the points for the 2025 collection!
Issues with couriers for ongoing orders
During the holiday week, it may not be possible to assist customers, so it is necessary to check the tracking provided at the time of shipment or in your account on the website. If assistance is unavailable (for which we ask for a little extra patience), we will quickly resolve any unresolved issues starting January 2.
Who can I contact between December 21 and January 1 if I have an issue?

When will orders placed during the closure period be shipped?
Orders will be processed strictly in chronological order starting January 2. Therefore, we ask for patience, as, as usual, it will take a few days to handle orders from an entire week.
