Tessiland has an unbeatable offer for the following countries: Austria, Mainland France, Germany, Monaco, Slovenia, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Mainland Spain, Sweden, England, Portugal.

With an order between €19 and €59, shipping costs will be €7.00.

With an order over €59, shipping costs will be FREE!

The delivery times for European countries are: 24/48 working hours for order processing + 2 to 5 working days for shipping.

For foreign countries not included in the offer, it is possible to check the total shipping costs directly in the cart before completing the order.

For Non-European Countries, the processing times remain the same, but shipping times vary from country to country. For more information, please contact our online customer service. Any customs duties are borne by the recipient.

How to Track Your Shipment

Every order sent from Tessiland is followed by a notification email containing the link to follow the tracking (Tracking). If you have chosen to create an account, you will also be able to see the "Order History" and click on the "Details" button directly from your account on the Tessiland portal.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TRACKING

• EASY SHIPMENT:

Tired of waiting for the courier at the window? Choose the shop closest to your home (tobacconists, stationeries, newsagents, post offices and commercial establishments). Once you enter your address, the system will suggest the solutions closest to your home. You will receive an SMS when the package has arrived and you will have a full 10 days to pick it up!

No additional cost for this service therefore free shipping with an order amount equal to or greater than € 19.00. For orders less than €19.00, a shipping cost of € 4.90 will be applied.

The preparation and management times of the order with the HOLD POINT usually vary between 24 and 48 hours (following the completion of the order). To the preparation times, the transit times must then be added which can vary according to the destination area (usually 24-48 hours on the peninsula while 72 hours for the major islands and 96 for the minor ones). Please do not consider holidays and pre-holidays and if an order is completed after 12.00 pm, please start counting the processing times from the next working day.

For example, if you proceed with the completion of the order on Friday at 1.00 pm, the count of the 24-48 hours for preparation starts from the next working day.

The EASY SHIPMENT service (BRT HOLD POINT) is reserved for residents on Italian territory and can be activated exclusively with advance payment (it is not possible to choose the EASY SHIPMENT option with cash on delivery).

•Standard Express Courier Shipping:

Take advantage of free shipping with an order amount equal to or greater than € 19.00. Orders of less than €19.00 will have a shipping cost of € 4.90 applied.

The preparation and handling time of the order with the Standard option varies on average between 48 and 72 hours (after the order completion). To the preparation times, the transit times must be added which can vary depending on the destination area (usually 24-48 hours on the peninsula while 72 hours for the major islands and 96 for the smaller ones). Please do not consider holidays and pre-holidays, and in the case of an order completed after 12.00 pm, start counting the processing times from the next working day.

For example, if you proceed with the completion of the order on Friday at 1:00 pm, the count of the 48-72 hours for preparation should start from the next working day.

The choice of the express courier for this mode is managed directly by the system in relation to the weight/volume of the package.

During certain times of the year, special offers or periods of high demand, the preparation times with the standard and therefore free option could be longer. It is recommended, in case of urgency, to inquire in advance at our Assistance service or opt for the Speedy option.

•Speedy Express Courier Shipping

For a small fee of €3.90, orders with the "Speedy" option will have priority over all ongoing orders and, if payment is completed by 12:00 pm on the day, they are processed on the same day. Delivery times with this option are therefore much shorter thanks to immediate processing. The transit times remain unchanged, usually 24-48 hours on the peninsula while 72 hours for the major islands and 96 for the smaller ones. The SPEEDY Shipping allows faster order preparation and processing, but the courier transit times always depend on the destination area.

Note: Speedy orders received on Friday after 12:00 pm will be processed on Monday, as couriers do not pick up on Saturdays and Sundays.

This option guarantees immediate order processing, but delivery times are still linked to the destination area and the efficiency of the couriers in it.

•Courier Choice

We offer a new and innovative service! Now you can choose the courier that works best in your area. For a small fee (€ 2.50) for personalized management of your order, you can choose from the express couriers that you prefer from the list. This option does not have priority privileges over other orders, but it allows the choice of the preferred courier.

Other Important Information

All shipments are made by express courier both on Italian and international territory. In case of advanced payment by bank transfer, the ordered goods will be shipped within the working day following that of the received payment, credit. In the case of advanced payment by Paypal or credit card, and for the cash on delivery service, the ordered goods will be processed according to the chosen shipping service.

Shipping specifics:

  • For orders less than € 19.00, a shipping cost of € 4.90 will be applied (Standard service)
  • It is recommended to check the package upon delivery: number of packages, integrity of packaging, no tampering with closing materials.

Attention

In case of refusal of orders with payment on delivery or lack of cooperation to unlock any stocks at the couriers for failed delivery attempts, and therefore with the subsequent return of the package to our office, the Customer in case of a future order will not be able to request the cash on delivery payment method again.
