Made from a composition of 58% Top Acrylic Antipilling and 42% Polyamide, this Cake offers a soft touch typical of high-quality furs (just like the famous Aretha Slim by Tessiland). Moreover, its shade ensures a unique look for each of your projects, giving depth and movement to your knitting or crochet works.
Each cake weighs 100 grams, with a generous length of 190 meters, allowing you to have a good amount of yarn for your projects.
Tips for Working
To achieve the best results from your Allen Soft Faded Fur Cake, we recommend using needles sized 5.5-6 or a crochet hook sized 5-5.5. These sizes allow the yarn to unfold at its best, showcasing all its nuances and softness. Of course, this is a general recommendation that might vary based on the stitch and the hand of the artisan.
Care Recommendations
As indicated on its label, for Allen, we recommend initially hand-washing with neutral soap, followed by flat drying after removing excess water. Due to its structure, this yarn doesn't require ironing, and it's advised against using solvents and tumble drying. Once the fiber and handmade structure settle, machine washing on a delicate cycle with neutral soap and centrifuging is possible, while tumble drying remains not recommended.
