What is the best time to wear a garment made with Ecodonny?
Ecodonny is the right yarn for those who can't stand warm yarns and want a mid-season yarn with a larger-than-average size.
The ever-increasing demand for attention to Nature and sustainability has led Tessiland® and its production partners to develop a truly innovative product, not only for its sustainability but also for the great attention to the production process and cost containment that has allowed the release of this new item at an incredible price!
It is worth highlighting the use of pure cotton fiber that makes this recycled product one of the very few on the market that can be labeled 100% Cotton.
In detail: the scraps obtained in the production of clothing, through a special production process, are recovered and transformed into yarns like Ecodonny that maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
The packaging phase involves a reduction in energy consumption, with specific studies for this process showing savings of 56.3% in CO2, 56.6% in energy resource consumption, and 77.9% in water use throughout the entire production process.
With the abolition of dyeing processes, the use of chemical products is reduced by 90%.
What makes the material particularly interesting, in addition to the production cycle, are its performance characteristics: thanks to its molecular structure, Ecodonny stays cool in summer and warm in winter.
A yarn that allows for the creation of garments suitable for every season and climate condition.
Given the nature of the product and the recycling process, small imperfections and structural irregularities of the product should be considered as features and not defects.
Maintenance: Machine washing for delicate garments is possible, but we always recommend hand washing for the first washes to allow the fiber to settle and not deform. Having a high specific weight, it is necessary to dry the creation flat and not hang it.
All that's left is to try the cotton that drove creatives crazy this summer but is now proposed as warm cotton for the mid-season months.
